01The agreement
These terms are between you and [COMPANY NAME]. By using Low Bar you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
02What you get
A personal licence to use Low Bar on phones you own or control. You cannot pass it on. The app and its design remain ours.
03Pro
Pro is sold through Google Play or the App Store as a subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown before you pay.
A subscription renews at the end of each period unless you cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before. Deleting the app, or your Low Bar account, does not cancel it. Refunds follow the store's rules.
04What is free
The free app has no time limit. Later versions may move the line between free and paid, but what you paid for stays yours for the period you paid for.
05Your data
Your habits and your record are yours. They live on your phone, and with sync on, a copy lives on our servers, as the privacy policy describes. Sync needs an account, made by signing in with Apple or Google, and you can delete it from the app at any time. Without sync, keeping your record safe is in your hands: export a backup now and then. We cannot bring back data from a lost or reset phone that was not synced.
06Not advice
Low Bar keeps track of habits you choose. It is not medical, psychological or fitness advice. Talk to a professional before starting anything that could affect your health.
07Fair use
Don't take the app apart, resell it, or use it to break the law.
08No warranty
Low Bar is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available.
09Liability
As far as the law allows, [COMPANY NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
10Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If a change matters, the app will tell you before it applies. You can stop at any time by deleting the app, and your account if you made one. We may end access for someone who breaks these terms.
